They get to see, use and judge the cleanliness and appearance of the interior of the aircraft, namely, carpets, curtains, galleys, side walls, seat covers, window shades etc.

We can provide the technicians to maintain equipment in good condition, to the satisfaction of your passengers and the envy of other airlines.

5. Maintenance Control Centre

Aircraft often require corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure safety in flight and the safety of the passengers carried. Our Maintenance Control Centre program sets up a system whereby defects are forwarded prior to arrival of the aircraft to minimise delays and to have on time departures.

The purpose of the Maintenance Control Centre is:

Safety of passengers is of utmost importance for any airline service. Aircrafts often require corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure safe flights. We have an advanced Maintenance Control Centre program which can set up a system through which defects can be forwarded even before arrival of the aircraft. This is efficient and minimises delays.

The Maintenance Control Centre is the first line of contact for engineering to prepare for corrective action. It is in constant contact with station maintenance engineers and defect analysis engineers. The MCC prepares for corrective maintenance when aircraft return to base.

The Scope of the Maintenance Control Centre is:

1. Monitor and support day to day aircraft handling operations at the main base and overseas stations with aircraft maintenance and repair, to minimise delays.

2. Provide technical advice and assistance to main base and line maintenance and overseas stations.

3. Co-ordinate with other engineering departments for technical support, spares and specialist manpower in a prolonged delay and co-ordinate with other departments.

Scope of Consultancy

Our consultancy program is comprehensive and all inclusive. It provides for the establishment of Maintenance Control Centres, together with a system, manual documentation and on site training of engineers (OJT).

Ensuring safety and efficiency is an important factor that plays a vital role in the functioning of airlines. A good maintenance program ensures that airlines have a system of identifying and rectifying defects. Significant cost savings are also achieved with this system.
